Who will be on site?

From our initial meeting, all the way through to completion of the job you can rest assured you will receive our full dedication, continued support and advice. So How Does Highgrove Plan A New Building Project?

Initial Meeting – Highgrove provide a free appraisal of your proposed works, this is usually at the property but potential clients can submit plans via post or email. At the appointment, we will discuss every aspect of your scheduled home improvements, offer advice and guidance and ensure you are left without any unanswered questions or queries.

What happens next?

Written Quotation – After reviewing the plans carefully, Highgrove Building & Roofing will submit a full written quotation. We itemise the quotation as much as possible so each client fully understands what our costs are and what is included in the quotation.

Specified T&C’s – The next step is to provide you with preset terms and conditions containing pre-agreed payment schedules and timescale.

The Build Process – Whether you are having a full house renovation, extension or simply updating your kitchen or bathroom, Highgrove Builder & Roofing offers continual support throughout the whole process. Our aim is to exceed every client’s expectations and to achieve this we rely on strong communication throughout our jobs.

Completion – All of Highgrove's work is passed by a local authority building inspector, ensuring we comply with all current building regulations.

After Care - Highgrove Building and Roofing offer a full after care service at no extra cost. This ensures total and complete satisfaction from every client, every time.
